The “Gone” singer recently took to social media to share a photo of him and his new friend, Baylee Barradas, who is battling cancer. In the post, Bentley shared that he performed a one-of-a-kind solo concert for Baylee, who was glowing with a beautiful smile and Dierks Bentley concert tee.

“Didn’t think anything could top the recent club shows we did but that was before I got to play a private concert for my new friend Baylee Barradas,” Dierks shared before mentioning Baylee was brought to his attention by a hometown friend of his.

“Sweet girl really going thru it,” he continued. ”Hard, hard stuff. Could use all the prayers.

A private, acoustic show isn’t the only thing Dierks had in store for Barradas. After finding out she was also a big fan of Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks pulled out his phone to connect the two.

“Shout out to Kelsea Ballerini for jumping on a blind FaceTime call from me so Baylee could talk to one of her favorite singers,” Dierks wrote.

“Loved meeting sweet Baylee!!!” Ballerini commented on Dierks’ Instagram post. “A riser indeed. So glad you called.”

Brothers Osborne, Chris Lane, Lucie Silvas and Tenille Townes were among the artists who filled the comment section with love and encouragement for Baylee.

Dierks performed his song, “Riser,” for Barradas, which is an anthem for strong will and overcoming tough times.

“Thankful to Travis Meadows and Steve Moakler for the song ‘Riser,’” he wrote in the post, shouting out the songwriters. “Powerful song to be able to share.”
