Elizabeth Hurley is always swimsuit ready.

The 55-year-old often shares snaps posing in bikinis, but she wants the world to know there’s a very good reason for “prancing around in so many swimsuits.”

“I have my own swimwear line,” the “Runaways” star told Extra TV.  “I wouldn’t ordinarily be prancing around in quite so much beachwear, so there is a reason behind prancing around in so many swimsuits.”

The English actress is the creator and designer of her eponymous swimsuit brand entitled Elizabeth Hurley Beach and posts images of herself in the two-piece ensembles to promote and sell the items on social media.

Hurley referenced how the COVID-19 pandemic made her get more creative with the marketing of the line.

“We haven’t been allowed to go on vacation in 14 months… I have a beachwear company and haven’t been on the beach… Hence, we have been selling what we can. We’ve been improvising,” she added, before alluding to some of her photos. “So, yes, we’ve been on hay bales, we’ve been in the snow, we’ve been in the shower.”

Hurley also isn’t interested in indulging any of the haters who leave disparaging remarks on her snaps.

“I think people are mean to women and I don’t think it’s how people should be,” she said, “so I can’t say I am a fan of those comments, really.”

Contrary to what many may think, Hurley won’t be traveling to a tropical beach to don more bikinis to celebrate her 56th birthday next month.

“I just like to be able to be inside with some friends,” she told the outlet. “We have been able to be outside with friends… My dream would be that I could have some friends around to my house… I’m delighted to be at home… Family, dogs, I have a pregnant dog so I am very excited — I should have puppies by then.”

Puppies and bikinis sounds like a great photo op.
