Eve is finally expecting a little “blessing!”
The iconic “Let Me Blow Ya Mind” rapper announced on October 15, that she and her husband, Maximillion Cooper, would be expecting their first child and revealed her growing baby bump on Instagram.
In her post, the artist writes, “Can you believe it @mrgumball3000 we finally get to tell everyone!!!!!” You all know how long we’ve been waiting for this blessing!!! We get to meet our lil human February 2022.”
Eve, who currently resides in London with her husband and his four children, has been looking forward to a baby of her own for quite some time. In 2020, the artist relinquished her position as a co-host on The Talk to focus on her family.
In an interview in November 2020, Eve told Metro UK, “My husband and I got to spend a ton of time together that we never did before because we were traveling so much and it was important for both of us to not be apart like we were. When I was doing the show and things were normal, I was flying back and forth every two weeks and he was doing the same.”
She added, “But even then we might spend five or seven days together and then not see each other in three weeks – that’s not a great relationship. You can’t stay married like that. We’re working on our family and I don’t want to lose any more time with him, with our family.”
During the interview, the GRAMMY winner noted that bringing a child into the world with Cooper was something the pair had wanted for “some time,” but being on the road for work constantly made it difficult.”
With Eve’s latest show on Fox, Queens, just getting started, the artist now has a new baby to look forward to as well.
