Both Miley Cyrus and Dua Lipa have teased the impeding drop of their collab and Miley’s soon to be new single “Prisoner," off her highly anticipated album Plastic Hearts, due out on November 27.
But in true Miley fashion, she had to have us reeling for it, by sending a tease of the unreleased music video to some reactors and making us watch it. On Tuesday, Miley posted those reaction videos on Instagram, and straight up, they had us shook. Now that we’ve had 24 hours to process, we’re finally ready to share our thoughts or rather their thoughts.
The first video, featuring Zach Campbell, is in our opinion the best, and we we’re actually going to save it to talk about last, but said screw it, Zach’s reaction is simply too good. Heads up, before pressing play though, risqué language is used.
Zach begins by painting us a vivid yet vague picture, “oh c’mon t******, oh c’mon a**.” His excitement continues, “Is that cherries? Blood? Cherries?” Followed by a loud “OMG, ya’ll b****** look so good, and sexy and bloody!” Zach then let us know the ladies we’re partying it up, right before what showed up on the screen next shocked him to his very core. Zach let out a piercingly ecstatic shriek and leap out of his seat screaming “Shut the f*** b****!”, accompanied by a dramatic yet elegant fan flick.
Similarly, the other videos show reactors and fans physically, emotionally and verbally (and bi-lingually might we add) freaking out over the yet to be released visual. Miley even asks in one of the captions, “IS IT EVEN MY MUSIC VIDEO IF IT DOESN’T CAUSE THIS REACTION?!?!” No ma’am it is not.
Just watching these reaction vids has left us in the corner assuming the fetal position. One can only imagine what the actual music video will do to us. I mean... It's MILEY AND DUA!

While Miley likes to tease, with less than 10 days until the album drop we had a feeling she wasn't going to keep us in the dark for too long, and we were right. Less than one hour ago, both Miley and Dua announced on Instagram that "Prisoner" will be out November 19 at 7PM ET. Along with that very same teaser video, finally giving us a glimpse at what the hype is all about. AND GURRRRLL! Yup it's gonna be crazy, just take a look.
