After Billie Joe Armstrong took some time to jump back into his side projects, Green Day is now apparently just around the corner from new music.
According to Sophie K from UK’s Kerrang Radio, a new song from the alt rock titans will premiere July 19.
Instagram fan account @the_green_day_fans shared a recording of the announcement to their page. After playing “Warning,” Sophie reveals that a new Green Day single will premiere Friday, July 19 at 5 PM BST.
“I said I wanted new Green Day, and she went ‘Yep, it’s coming!’”
