"This is a dream come true and beyond," frontman James Hetfield shared during the Thursday opening of the all-out sensory assault from the band, using the massive canvas of The Sphere to bring catalog classics to life like never before.
Audacy's own Ryan Castle was in the crowd for the opening, revealing several images from the Life Burns Faster residency, seen here. This run is set for 24 shows spanning 12 paired “No Repeat Weekends,” as Metallica plays on Thursdays and Saturdays on dates through March.
