In addition to a quarter-century of punishing grooves on L.D. 50, Mudvayne recently unwrapped "Hurt People Hurt People," the first new effort from the band in 16 years. "I think I wrote this song as a reminder to myself to break the cycle," Gray shared in a statement. "We create our own suffering, our own hurt. It’s time for us to create self-love and let go of the pain. It was never ours to begin with.”
