Though many (including us) might assume that these two are no longer a thing due to Kanye’s recent social media behavior, Julia’s people are saying, think again - that ain't so.
As reported by E! News, a rep for Julia Fox has confirmed that she and Kanye West are no longer dating, explaining that they “remain good friends and collaborators but they are no longer together.” And all this on Valentine’s Day no less, that’s a bummer.
The couple made many major headlines after first meeting in Miami on New Years Eve, followed by fashion show appearances, parties, and lots of eyeliner throughout the nearly two months they were together.
Shortly after they were first photographed, the Uncut Gems actress confirmed their relationship status for Interview magazine. "I met Ye in Miami on New Year's Eve and it was an instant connection," she said. "His energy is so fun to be around. He had me and my friends laughing, dancing, and smiling all night. We decided to keep the energy going and fly back to New York City to see Slave Play. Everything with us has been so organic. I don't know where things are headed but if this is any indication of the future I'm loving the ride.”
Well… looks like the ride is over. But it’s all good, cause we’ll be able to read all about it.
Confirming the news herself while also reassuring the internet that despite the media’s claims she wasn’t crying at the airport about the split.
In the now deleted post Julia wrote, "Y'all would love if I was soooo upset! The media would love to paint a picture of me a sad lonely woman crying on a plane by myself but it's NOT TRUE!! Why not see me for what I am which is a #1 hustler. I came up yall lol and not only that but Kanye and I are on good terms! I have love for him but I wasn't in love w the man Jesus Christ what do u guys think I am 12 years old?!”
She then went on to say, “and for the record the only time I cried in 2022 was on Feb 6th on my dead BFF bday. Anyway If u want the full tea ur gonna have to buy the book when it comes out :).”
