Kane Brown had fans extremely worried with a since-deleted post to social media. The 29-year-old took to his socials Thursday morning to share a single photo of his beat-up, left hand.

“Worst pain ever!!!!!!!!” Kane captioned the photo which showed his tattoo’d hand being tended to as it rested on a counter. Kane provided no further context surrounding the photo, but according to the Tennessean, it's fake.
The news outlet stated that after reaching out to Kane's team, they received "confirmation that he's not actually injured, but is indeed working on forthcoming projects for 2023."
Regardless, fans were quick to fill the comments with their own diagnosis and get-well wishes. Some of Kane’s most observant fans suspected it to be make-up, while others pointed that the "injury" was in the same place Kane had a large microphone tattoo leading many to wonder if he had the ink permanently removed causing the burn-like result. Thank goodness that doesn't sound like it's the case.

We look forward to seeing what Kane is working on!
