Kanye took part in a lengthy interview with 032c (via NME) and gave his thoughts on how society can move forward. “We are under capitalist rule, and it’s killing us,” he said. “It’s time to change that.”
“I’m going to be homeless in a year,” West continued. “I’m going to turn all the homes I own into churches. We’re making this orphanage, and it will be a place where anyone can go.”
“It should be like an artist commune. Food should always be available.”
Kanye recently put his beef with Drake aside as the two took to the stage together last week for the Free Larry Hoover Benefit Concert, a joint performance aimed at helping free former Chicago gang leader Larry Hoover.
It was a sight that previously seemed unfathomable, but the two graced the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and gave fans an all-out spectacle.
The duo performed a litany of hits from their library as Drake told the crowd at one point "when we were walking through the archway it felt surreal, to be on stage with one of my idols as he runs though his catalog.”
