Now finally free from her marriage to Brandon Blackstock after filing for divorce way back in 2020, singer and television personality Kelly Clarkson is looking to make a completely fresh start, and that includes switching up the way we have all come to know her.

Kelly had legally changed her last name to Blackstock when she and Brandon were together from 2013 to 2021, although she chose to keep using her maiden name, Clarkson, throughout her professional career.
According to TMZ, Kelly filed paperwork in court this week requesting she be legally allowed to go by the name of Kelly Brianne moving forward, stating that her middle name is more fitting of who she is now.
With all of that said, we probably shouldn't expect her show's name to change. It's The Kelly Clarkson Show, folks. Always has been, always will be (we hope).
