After Pusha T dropped the tracklist to his upcoming album, It’s Almost Dry, which revealed Kid Cudi and Kanye West featured on the same track called “Rock N Roll,” Cudi took to Twitter to clear any possible questions up.

“I did this song a year ago when I was still cool w Kanye,” Cudi tweeted. “I am not cool w that man. He’s not my friend and I only cleared the song for Pusha cuz thats my guy. This is the last song u will hear me on w Kanye.”
If you’re new here, let us explain. Ye and Cudi, who have been friends for years, recently had a very public falling on account of one of Kanye’s IG pop offs. While he had many, this particular one was about feeling some type of way the Cudi also had a friendship with Pete Davidson, his ex wife Kim Kardashian’s boyfriend.
Because of this West said that Cudi would not be featured on Donda 2. Which Cudi responded by saying, “Too bad I don’t wanna be on ur album u f***in dinosaur hahaha 🤣.” The petty train only continued from there, with West posting several anti-Cudi and anti-Davidson photos on Instagram that have since been deleted.
Cudi then took matters over to Twitter, writing, “We talked weeks ago about this. You’re whack for flipping the script and posting this lie just for a look on the internet. You ain’t no friend. BYE.”
Which until now was the end of the matter. But now that their names seem to be associated once more, Cudi wanted to make sure we all know what’s up.
Thanks for clearing that up Cudi.
