Against Me! founder Laura Jane Grace is hitting the road! She'll be performing a solo set on August 21 along with Brandon Kelly of Chicago punks The Lawerence Arms in Philadelphia, PA at a quite unique location: the now infamous Four Seasons Total Landscaping where the opening salvos of Donald Trump's election fight were fired by his lawyer Rudy Giuliani four days into the delayed vote count due to COVID.

After being forced to cancel Against Me! shows due to the pandemic, Grace decided to record the songs she'd been working on for the band as a solo album, titled Stay Alive which was produced by the iconic Steve Albini.

With live music now making a comeback, Grace is taking the songs on the road and will be playing her very first return concert after 18 months at Four Seasons Total Landscaping, marking the "venue's" first "official" show. "I'm actually counting myself as the second show there, and that the first 'show' was Giuliani," Grace tells Yahoo! Entertainment. In a press release announcing the event, co-headliner Brandon Kelly said, "Ever since I saw my personal hero Rudy Giuliani humiliate himself for the good of the nation at Four Seasons Total Landscaping, I knew I wanted to go there and follow in his footsteps, then shop at the porn store, and eventually move off this mortal coil by being burned at the neighboring crematorium. It’s not often you get to touch history, but that’s what Laura and I will be doing in this most hallowed of political and mulching grounds."

While Grace's Four Seasons appearance already sold out (yes, there's official merch for sale), she is also set to perform the following night in Philly at Kung Fu Necktie and will be sharing the stage with Emo favorites Thursday this December at New Jersey's Starland Ballroom. Grace is even looking ahead to future political screw-ups which could very well lead to a themed concert tour. "I am more forward-thinking, of being able to commit now to whatever the site of any future political guffaws or embarrassments, I'm willing to be there and to play a show there," Grace says.
