Thursday night in Los Angeles, Megan Holiday caught up with the members of Linkin Park before the premiere of their film, UNSHATTER, talking with the group about the origins of the film and the long, “emotionally charged” path to returning as a band.

Audiences will have the opportunity to experience LINKIN PARK: UNSHATTER in select theaters starting September 30.
The band offers up a candid look into the origin of the film, and their dynamic working relationship with bandmate and director Joe Hahn. “To give Joe his proper credit, to be able to take all of that madness, and decide which things work best on screen and tell that story, that was really the trick," they share.
“It's all about something coming back together after it's broken. And the band, you know, we had some footage of us just getting together and talking and working out, like, ‘what are we gonna do?’ The band is in shambles that we don't even know, is it gonna be Linkin Park anymore?"
“You kind of can't get more real on a documentary than when you don't even know that there's going to be a documentary."
