Not only was Old Dominion recently revealed as one of the performers scheduled to take the stage at the 55th Annual CMA Awards on November 10, but the group is also nominated in the Vocal Group of the Year category.
“This never gets old” the guys posted to Instagram upon finding out about their nomination. You know what else doesn’t get old? New music!
The group’s Matthew Ramsey, Brad Tursi, Trevor Rosen, Whitt Sellers and Geoff Sprung are currently celebrating their release of their fourth full-length album, Time, Tequila & Therapy, which arrived earlier this month.
The project includes 13 tracks highlighting "the ups, downs, trials, and tribulations of life, love, and friendships,” and is everything we needed to continue falling in love with this incredible group!
“The album, Time, Tequila & Therapy, was born out of the pandemic,” said lead-singer, Ramsey. “We were in lockdown, we had all this time on our hands and we thought, ‘Why not go outside of Nashville?’ We spent three weeks in Asheville, NC writing songs in the morning and recording them in the evenings, just to see what we came up with. What we wound up with was 13 songs and that’s Time, Tequila & Therapy.”
