It’s giving Inception — Lizzo just parodied her South Park parody for Halloween, dressing up as a package of "Lizzo," the Ozempic-like fictional weight loss drug referenced on the animated franchise's special The End of Obesity.

Sharing pics of herself in the costume, just one month after denying allegations that she used Ozempic, and five months after excitedly reacting to the South Park reference, Lizzo went all out sharing a fake advertisement, a full on photoshoot, and some fun BTS snaps and vids of herself in the mock FDA-approved box labeled "diet suppressor," cinched at the waist with a yellow measuring tape. Letting us know “Ok Halloween… you can start now 😜.”

For the faux advertisement post, Lizzo fully embraced the South Park spoof of it all. As it read, “Need self-love? Try Lizzo! Lose guilt, gain confidence" and "Side effects include: A smile on your face and a pep in your step.”

She also posted a carousel that featured her, posing with a pizza and an inflatable Eric Cartman costume, throwing up the peace sign about to hop into her ride, and sippin’ on some tequila straight out the bottle. All appropriately caption, “LizzOzempic dump 😎.”

Lizzo previously reacted to the South Park shout back in May, posting a duet reaction a clip pulled from the episode that started off with character Eric Cartman visiting his doctor’s office in an effort to get Ozempic as a way to drop some weight.

The clip, a spoofed infomercial for an alternative drug named after her, features two animated women named Sheila and Sharon discussing the alternative weight loss drug before a background voice takes over. "FDA approved Lizzo makes you feel good about your weight and costs 90% less than Ozempic,” the voiceover says.

Throughout the video Lizzo is seen in total awe, with her hand covering her mouth, and boasting, "I really am that b****,” by the end.
