Logan Allen is back for the new season of Sweet Magnolias on Netflix. The hit drama series, follows Kyle (Logan Allen) as his storyline expands and we see him grow up and separate himself from the negativity that has surrounded his life in the series.

Sweet Magnolias is a romantic drama series that follows three lifelong friends in the small Southern town of Serenity, South Carolina. The friends navigate life’s ups and downs together while holding each other accountable as well as holding each other up when times get difficult.
Allen, who you may also recognize from Creep Show and Stranger Things, sat down with Romeo International to discuss the new season and how it somewhat reflects his current life.
Where do we find your character Kyle in the new season of Sweet Magnolias?
"I think Kyle is just trying to navigate mom not being there, entirely different surroundings, and being very far away from home. I think Kyle's is kind of built for a moment like this now. I feel like season one through four, we've seen him try to figure out who he is. He's a lot like me in a sense; he wants to help other people so badly that he wasn't working on himself. And to help other people, you got to make sure that you're able to. It's the glass overfilling analogy people say. Once you feel your glass, you'll start overfilling with that love and that positivity, and then you can give it to other people, but you got to work on yourself first."
"I think in the first four seasons of the show, we saw Kyle build that identity, build that foundation to be able to help other people and to kind of navigate through things in a more, not in a very impulse way. I feel like he's been surrounded by a lot of that his whole life too, with his dad and stuff. I think he's just trying to figure out his own route. So I think in season five to answer your question with all that being said, he's weirdly comfortable in who he is now. Just trying to kind of navigate his mom not being there and just trying to be the best family man he could be."
