While overseas in Italy attending the wedding of his blink-182 bandmate, drummer Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian, singer and bassist Mark Hoppus shared a message that he is feeling "grateful" almost one full year after starting his chemotherapy treatments.
"A year ago I was in chemotherapy. Today I'm here," the blink-182 bassist, now 50-years-old wrote on his Instagram Story while sharing a gorgeous photo of the Italian coast. Mark also shared a series of adorable photos with his wife, Skye, while they were vacationing.
Interviewed by TMZ back in April 2022, Hoppus fueled the reunion fires when he was asked how he was feeling being out and about again. “Life’s great! I’m glad to be here,” he admitted, adding that he wanted to "get back playing music, and get off of my couch,” with hopes to release new material soon. “We’ll see if I can write something happy this time," he said with a laugh.
