The Texas native performed at Billy Bob's Texas in Fort Worth last Thursday, Friday and Saturday and posted a video of herself crying during her song “The House That Built Me” to her TikTok account. After being consoled by some hugs from bandmates, the video highlighted the crowd as they finished singing the song for Lambert while she continued to wipe tears and soak up the moment.

"First show back in over a year. I missed y'all so much," she wrote alongside the video.

Miranda later took to her socials to thank her fans for a “warm welcome back” after more than 400 days off the road due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We’re back y’all… we had a blast! Thanks to everyone who came out,” she posted along with some photos from the shows. “The warm welcome back to the stage with the band after 400+ days sure felt good! Loved getting back to my old stomping grounds.”

Lambert will return to the Billy Bob’s stage this weekend for another round of performances on Saturday and Sunday.

Miranda recently opened the ACM Awards along with her friend, Elle King, as they performed their new song “Drunk (And I Don’t Wanna Go Home).” The two could be seen owning the stage with sass and massive amounts of metallic fringe for a performance that lifted spirits all over.
