The 5-part series, available now, narrates the times leading up to Morgan’s first (unplanned) performance of “Over For You,” which details his emotions surrounding his highly-public divorce.
“When we started filming this as a tour docuseries last year, we had no idea it would end up documenting some of the most vulnerable parts of my life as an artist and a songwriter,” Morgan said on social media.
"'Over for You' is me singing about my feelings," he shared. "This song is the most personal thing I've ever written and the most personal thing I've ever shared."
Evans recently sat down with Audacy’s Rob + Holly to share more about the creative process behind the song as well as the response he’s gotten from fans since he first played it publicly. He also performed an exclusive version of the song with his guitar.

Evans debuted the song at a large Australian music festival without any prior planning. The 37-year-old let his emotions drive the moment and ended up playing the tune, which ended up going viral the next day.
“I hadn’t shown anyone the song at that point,” Evans told Audacy’s Rob + Holly of the on-stage moment he decided to go for it.
“I wrote it the week before and we landed in Australia over the weekend and whatever night this was — the following weekend or something like that — I walked over to the piano… was going to play another song, and just decided to play ‘Over For You’ instead for the first time.”
The new docuseries captures these highly-emotional moments for Evans while also taking fans into the deep comfort Morgan finds in his homeland.
