The 30-year-old took to social media this week to share with fans that he’s been cleared to “talk and sing” by his doctors who placed him on strict vocal rest last month.
“The doc cleared me to talk and sing… we back,” Wallen shared with fans via Instagram on Tuesday.

Wallen shared via socials last month he’d been advised by his doctors at Vanderbilt Voice Clinic to go on strict vocal rest for six weeks. The doctor’s orders came after suffering multiple injuries to his vocal chords.
The break meant several postponed tour dates and a cancellation of his performance at the 58th Annual ACM Awards.
Wallen did not specify exactly when his big return to the stage will be, however the first scheduled show outside of the cancelled dates for his One Night at A Time tour is June 22 in Chicago.
