"I wanted to get it right before I came back,” Niall noted about his new track “Heaven.” Revealing that while he's excited but mostly “nervous” about people getting to hear the rest.
Niall teases lots of new songs to come for his first album since 2020's Heartbreak Weather, revealing his new album is based on the concept, “life is like a show,” which is where it gets its title. “I was able to write tunes around that,” he shares, “songs like ‘Heaven’ and other ones that you’ll hear, it’ll all make sense when you hear the whole thing I guess.”
Niall also chats about filming this season of The Voice, sharing his thoughts on Kelly Clarkson, Blake Shelton, and Chance The Rapper. Oh and he also dishes on what song he wishes he personally penned — and that would be Steve Lacy's “Bad Habit.” Check out the full interview now on Audacy.
