Nick Jonas knows that many fans fawn over his good looks, but being a sex symbol has left the Jonas Brother with some mixed feelings.

The 28-year-old appeared on the most recent cover of GQ Hype and answered all types of questions about his music, being married to Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and how he really feels about the attention he gets over his looks.
The “Spaceman” singer shared, “I think it's flattering, but attraction is such a nuanced thing. I don't take it too seriously. I just learn to laugh about it and think about the fact that my parents are probably reading some of the comments."
Nick adds, "It's not something I wear as a badge of honor. I tend to try to not think about it because it would make me feel a little embarrassed."
During his conversation with GQ Hype, the superstar was asked if his looks ever impacted him negatively.
Jonas remarked, “I don't know if I'm at liberty to say that or not because it's something about me.” He added, “That certainly doesn't affect my ability to appreciate someone else's work. But we don't all think the same way, so I'm not sure. I can understand that it is a thing."
Nick and his looks first became a topic of conversation when fans began discussing his “dad bod."
The artist explained, “I think when it's comments attached to things like appearance and body image, that's when it can become quite dangerous because no one ever knows what someone is going through or how it affects them personally.”
“They're very sensitive topics. But in the same way, you live a public life and therefore parts of your life are going to be talked about and it doesn't necessarily mean it's fair. It's just a part of your reality. I'm always hopeful that people will think about whether they would say it at a dinner party if the person was sitting opposite you and I'd guess that 99.9 percent of people would say they wouldn't."
Aside from his looks, Nick has also shared how important the mothers in his life are. For Mother’s Day, the singer paid homage to his mom and his mother-in-law via Instagram with a touching post.
In the set of pictures, Jonas shared a photo with his mother, Denise Miller Jonas, and a selfie with Priyanka’s mom, Madhu Chopra.
Jonas captioned the image, “Happy mother’s day to all the moms out there. I am so lucky to have the best mother and mother in law in the world. Love you @mamadjonas and @madhumalati #happymothersday."
