New York City firefighter Louis DeRosa has gone viral for his stirring, wailing-guitar version of "The Star Spangled Banner" while standing on top of a fire engine outside New York-Presbyterian Hospital in Manhattan during a tribute to healthcare workers.
DeRosa, of Ladder 15, was filmed during the city's nightly 7PM salute to those on the frontlines of the COVID-19 outbreak.
