Still mourning the loss of former bandmate and nephew, Takeoff, Quavo has released a second song to honor Take while also speaking on the future of the Migos.

The new song, “Greatness,” is a more upbeat and celebratory tune compared to his first tribute song, “Without You.”

“My chain, my watch, my wrist, my motherf***in' house, my rise and grind, I'd give away all this s*** just to see my dawg just one more time,” Quavo says, going on to acknowledge all that they accomplished together from running around in MCM backpacks to taking the rap industry by storm.

But the song takes an unfortunate turn when he says “so don't ask about the group, he gone, we gone, young n****, it can't come back,” giving answers to everyone that has wondered where the future of the group was headed. While it’s heartbreaking to know that there won’t be anymore Migos, you can’t help but to understand and sympathize with their decision.

He also goes on to say “I can’t kick it with no fake,” which many are assuming is about Offset. Earlier this month at the 65th GRAMMY Awards, TMZ reported that Offset and Quavo got into a physical altercation backstage because Quavo didn’t want Offset to perform during Takoff’s tribute alongside him and Maverick City.
