Joining the ranks of billionaire status, with an estimated net worth of $1.7 billion, Rihanna is officially the richest musician in the world and the second richest female entertainer, just behind Oprah Winfrey.
When approached and asked by paparazzi what it meant to her to be a "self-made billionaire," the Fenty Beauty empress flashed a cheeky smile as she walked away, but not before responding with the following three words, ”God is good.”
While the multi-hyphenate certainly feels blessed, achieving such a monumental milestone is due to her constant hard work. And while she isn’t currently blessing us with new music, she has created a beauty and skincare empire that she could have never been crowned a billionaire without.
As reported by Forbes, since launching in 2017, Fenty Beauty has amassed a worth of at least $2.8 billion. And with Rihanna’s 50 percent ownership of the a cosmetics company she created and dreamed would make “women everywhere (feel) included,” now accounts for as much as $1.4 billion of her $1.7 billion-dollar fortune. With the remaining portion coming from her stake in her lingerie company, Savage x Fenty, which is worth approximately $270 million, followed by her earnings as an entertainer in both music and film.
Blossoming up next for RiRi is a brand new floral fragrance, FENTY EAU DE PARFUM, announced to be “coming soon.” However, with little to no additional information, the products’ official site invites individuals to “Join now for exclusive pre-launch early access.”
