Fans can now smell like the queen of Country music, Dolly Parton, with the release of her very first fragrance, Scent from Above.

With notes of mandarin, peony blossoms, jasmine, vanilla, sandalwood, musk and patchouli, Dolly hopes the scent will not only transport users to a land of “butterflies, hearts and hope,” but also serve as inspiration to live their own “rags to rhinestones” story like she did.
“I call my Dolly perfume Scent from Above because it is excellently heavenly,” Dolly noted on her website. “I hope you feel as blessed and as pretty as I do when you wear it.”
Turning heads for more than 40 years with her over-the-top wardrobe and voluminous locks, Dolly says she’s also received several compliments on her scent, which she’s always created by mixing a number of perfumes.
"People used to follow me around all through the years saying, 'What are you wearing? It smells so good.’” Dolly told PEOPLE. “I said, 'Well, it's a whole lot of different things, so we'll just call it Dolly.'"
Since then, Dolly has been inspired to create her own unique scent, but not to worry — it’s not as gaudy as her wardrobe.
"I like it to smell soft and feminine, but I like it to last too… Not one of those perfumes that when you wake up in the middle of the night — it's too strong, it almost keeps you awake," she said.
“I like it to be where it's like, 'Ooh, what is that?' I love that," Dolly shared. "I like it to smell just like something you would want to wear. This one ... you feel like you're laying on a cloud. It smells good!"
In addition to the fragrance release, Dolly has also released an accompanying new song titled, “Sent From Above.” Just like the scent, Dolly hopes the pair will transport fans to a “heavenly place,” and serve as a reminder that anything is possible.
"I think all things are possible... In fact, I just hope I live long enough to do more things," she shared. "That's the only thing that worries me, that I may run out of time before I see so many of my dreams come true because I wake up with new dreams all the time."
