Kyle Massey— from hit Disney shows, That's So Raven and Cory in the House— has been charged with one count of immoral communication with a minor.

According to court documents obtained earlier this month, the felony charge was filed on June 14th in Washington. In early 2019, Massey was sued for allegedly sending explicit photos, videos and texts to a 13-year-old girl. Variety reported, "the complaint is for intentional infliction of emotional distress, harmful matter sent with intention of seducing a minor, attempting to commit a lewd act with a minor, and annoying or molesting a minor."
The girl stated that she met Massey (now 27) when she was four years old. With her desire to pursue a career in entertainment, the two kept in touch and the actor became close with her family. He even mentioned that she should move from Seattle to Los Angeles to live with him and his girlfriend. She is suing him for at least $1.5 million.
Court documents also stated that Massey failed to show for his arraignment on this past Monday. He has not released a statement at this time.
