Once again, The Weeknd has altered his face, all part of his After Hours visual and thoroughly visceral storyline.

Listen to your favorite music now on RADIO.COM.

Since the album’s debut in March of last year, The Weeknd, who’s real name is Abel Tesfaye, has chronicled the album's journey, appearing in videos and performances with his face bloodied and wrapped in bandages. Now, Abel is taking off the first aid accoutrements, revealing some monstrous plastic surgery in his “Save Your Tears” video.

Directed by Cliqua, the latest visual, seemingly shows The Weeknd’s physical injuries to be restored (the outcome is subjective), however mentally, he’s kind of loosing it. Performing to a crowded ballroom full of lifeless ornate mask wearing individuals, The Weeknd begins to manically jaunt around the room. Stumbling through the crowd, he showers them with champagne and even comes head to head with what turns out to be a confetti pistol.

However shocking and knowingly fake his newest look may be, we’re honestly no longer surprised with each change and are just happily going along for the dark and twisty ride. Feel free to join, watch The Weeknd’s “Save Your Tears” video above.
