The NY Post reports that the property went into contract on Friday. The singer-songwriter lived at the residence for three years, until 2004. Swift later moved to Nashville, Tennessee to pursue her music career.
The Georgian Colonial-style home is located in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. It spans over 3,500 square feet and is situated on a .75-acre lot. Described as an “old-world charm” with modern updates, the home is three stories tall. The main floor has a formal breakfast room and dining room, the second floor has a primary suite with a luxury bathroom, and the third floor has several additional bedrooms. The property has hardwood flooring, crown molding, vaulted ceilings, and expansive windows throughout. Other special features are a gourmet kitchen with floor-to-ceiling cabinets and a butler’s pantry.
Prior to her secondary residence, the famed singer grew up on Pine Ridge Farm, an 11-acre Christmas tree farm in Reading, Pennsylvania.
