Naturally, Thomas took to writing a song about his long days as a dad and in true Thomas Rhett style, it’s melting hearts all across the internet.

The 31-year-old took to social media to share the newly-penned tune with his fans Thursday night and and unexpected musical guest (aka one of his daughters) completely stole the show as she interrupted her dad almost the entire time he’s singing.

“One needs a bottle, one needs a diaper, it’s a full-time job ain’t no nine to fiver,” Thomas sings as one of his young daughters repeatedly babbles in the background. “Running on coffee and fumes, tornado in the living room.”

Thomas continues on like a pro as he looks to the side while his daughter continues to chat, making the lyrics of his song come to life even more.

“Days are long, go on and on, before you know it they’re up and gone so tough it on out, and let it all sink in, ‘cause these times ain’t ever comin’ back again,” he continued to sing.

The encouraging ode to parents has received an overwhelming response from not only parents in similar life-stages, but also those who have already watched their children grow and couples who hope to experience the chaos Rhett sings about in the future.
