McGraw dropped the music video for his new song “7500 OBO,” which features the acting debut of his daughter. In one scene, Audrey is seen sitting in the front seat of a car with a boy as the two lean in for a kiss.

“I’m not calling it a make out scene… you can decide for yourself!!” McGraw captioned an Instagram video addressing the scene.

"That's just a nice little peck on the cheek after a date. I tried to yell 'cut,' but I didn't get there quick enough,” he said.

“I’m not going to beat him up," McGraw added. "I guess I’ll let him slide on this one. It’s not easy for a dad to watch, I can tell you that.”

For all the laughs that McGraw’s comments drew, there’s a pretty heartwarming story behind his daughter Audrey getting chosen to be a part of his video.

The song tells the story of a man who decides to sell his truck because it reminds him of his ex. The video’s directors, Alexa and Stephen Kinigopoulos, gave McGraw the idea to cast Audrey as one of the main characters. Ultimately, the video reverses the roles cast out in the song and tells the story from the perspective of a teenage girl.
