As fans are well aware, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker is one of the hardest hitters behind the set. Giving those who come to see him perform a spectacle of wild arm movements and punishing rudiments is just a day in the life of Barker, who has made his percussive prowess his main purpose in life and has become a go-to for fellow artists who are looking for that extra push.

Now that the official Blink-182 reunion shows are fast approaching, Travis may want to take it a little easier as he's managed to mash up his finger not once, but twice, during the band's rehearsals.

In early February, as the band was getting in some practice time, Barker updated fans via Twitter that he had "smashed [his] finger so hard [he] dislocated it and tore the ligaments."

Now, just two weeks later, Travis doubled up on the injury. Captioning an Instagram Story "again," Barker showed off his bumpy, swollen, and bruised ring finger.

On Monday (Feb. 20), Barker updated fans with an X-Ray showing off the injury, leading to speculation about what effect the bum finger will have on the band’s current tour plans. Stay tuned for updates as they become available.

Blink-182 frontman Tom Delonge revealed in 2022 that he would be returning to the blink-182 crew with Travis Barker and Mark Hoppus for a 2023 album and tour, offering up "EDGING" as their first single as a reunited unit.
