Quite literally the video kept on going, but now after almost six months of running the music video has finally come to a close. After the release of the song, the twenty one pilot's fanbase came together to be featured in the long-form piece.
The video was powered by the visual software, Imposium and refreshed at every 3 minutes and 40-second mark, displaying new clips of fans in real-time.

In collaboration with director, Jason Zada, twenty one pilots established the concept for the bottomless video, with fans sending in content since June. Even though the video was technically powered by Imposium, the real commitment came from the fans who were dedicated to keeping the video going. After six months of covers, dance routines and more the “Level of Concern” video has finally wrapped up.

twenty one pilots decided to end the video after it had continued to run for 178 days and about 4,264 hours. On Twitter, the band shared a comical video of Josh Dun “pulling the plug” on the video and showing that the entire stream has finally come to an end. The band writes alongside the video, “for the last 178 days fans have been generating a never-ending music video for Level of Concern. Well, we thought it was never going to end.”

Since its original streaming date, the video garnered a whopping 10.3 million views
