Sunday’s episode of American Idol was dedicated to Disney! The top 10 contestants performed iconic Disney hits to commemorate the themed night.

Some of the performances included “You’ve Got a Friend in Me” from Toy Story, “Carried Me With You” from Onward, “I See the Light” from Tangled, and “Remember Me” from Coco. American Idol judge Katy Perry celebrated Disney night by dressing up as Ariel from The Little Mermaid. The pop singer’s life-size costume included a red wig, purple seashell bra, and green mermaid tail.
Fellow judges Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan wheeled Perry to the judges’ table. Shortly after sitting down, Perry surprisingly fell over in her chair. “Are you okay? Are you all right?” host Ryan Seacrest asked. The “Fireworks” singer played off the plummet and swiftly got back up in her seat as the audience cheered her name.
Perry later shared the clip on Instagram, with the caption: "Flippin' your fins you don't get too far." She also gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at herself getting into the Ariel costume with the help of her glam squad.
