In celebration of Father’s Day, Will Smith wanted to make sure everyone was all smiles.
On June 20, the actor took to Instagram to post a family photo alongside Jaden, Willow, and Trey Smith. In the first photo, everyone is smiling except for Jaden.
In his caption, Will explains, “Jaden never smiles in his pics. I made some changes. I hope he doesn’t mind.” Upon swiping to the second photo in the series, Jaden is wearing a big bright smile that has been photoshopped to match everyone else’s grinning faces.
Additionally, Smith has another reason to smile. The actor-rapper just announced his upcoming memoir, Will, on Sunday.
The actor and Penguin Press shared that the new book will arrive on November 9. Smith explained that he is “finally ready” to release the new memoir after working on it for two years.
In his announcement video, Smith showed off the book’s cover art, created by Brandan “B-mike” Odums, and tells us that the art has different “levels to it” that represent different parts of his life.
He also explains that writing the book has “been a labor of love.” “It’s finally ready,” shares Smith.
