“We have battled mental health and so had our co-writers, and just talking about that and knowing that we're not alone in that, and this song really just fell out,” shares Shay Mooney. “I felt like that song was meant to be written that day, and I know that it's going to help a lot of people because it started with helping us, just starting those conversations, and I hope that this song encourages people to do that and knowing that there's always somebody at the other end of the line.”
“It was a message that we needed to get off of our hearts and that we needed to get out into the world,” adds Dan Smyers. “This message, you know, has helped us, just writing this song, listening back to it, working on it has helped us.”
“I feel like there's a lot of optimism and hope in this song. It's just a message of encouragement to anybody going through a tough time and to be able to put out a song like this this far into our career and have people support it and get behind it, and want to back it for us is a dream come true.”
