You can rent from Lady Gaga's former apartment building for $2,000 a month

You’ll go “gaga” for a chance to rent this Manhattan apartment.

An apartment in a building that Lady Gaga used to live in is now available for rent.

And there are a million reasons why you’d want to call it home.

The Lower East Side residence located at 176 Stanton Street is nestled in a “well-maintained” 18 unit block.

Though the accommodation only boasts three rooms in total – a bedroom, a bathroom, and an open kitchen – it never feels cramped because of the 10-foot ceilings throughout.

There’s also plenty of natural light as the kitchen comes with a skylight and several windows.

And while there might not be amenities such as an elevator, washing machine, or dishwasher, it does come with a full tub.

The price is also prime for the location at $2,000 a month with two months free on a 13-month lease, per House Beautiful.

Alex Livshiz, who is managing the listing for Compass, revealed that though the property was built in the 1900, it’s in “excellent” condition.

Not to mention, it’s what some might call a piece of musical history and the birthplace of Mother Monster, who lived in the building while writing her 2008 debut album “The Fame.”

In a 2011 “60 Minutes” interview, it was revealed the singer lived there for three years prior to releasing the album and launching to stardom.

However, per The New York Post, the listing agent clarified that the 34-year only lived in the building and this isn’t her exact unit.

At the time, she reportedly only paid $1,100 a month in rent.

She has since upgraded to more lavish (and more expensive) digs as she purchased her current Malibu home in 2014 for $22.5 million.
