Six months since it was announced that Hollywood's iconic 101 Coffee Shop was closed for good, a new diner is moving in that hopes to pay homage to the old spot, while offering up something new.
Eater LA reports that Clark Street Diner, an offshoot of Clark Street Bread, is expected to open in September with classic American breakfasts & lunch. There won't be dinner or late-night service like the previous spot offered at the shop's launch.
Fans of the look of 101 Coffee Shop's interior will be happy to know that the new ownership plans to keep much of the diner's interior intact.
