Fresh off his engagement with Jennifer Lopez, Alex Rodriguez cut the price of his posh Sunset Strip home by $1.25 million.
The house is now up for sale for $5.25 million.
The sprawling 3,700 square foot home has four bedrooms and four baths.
Variety reports, A-Rod bought the house from Meryl Streep in August 2014.
It's listed by Carl Gambino of Westside Estate Agency, who declined to comment for this story.
