VIDEO: Biden: 'If there's something to talk about tonight, I’ll talk about it. If not, I’ll wait'

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden on Tuesday afternoon said he would address the preliminary election results on election night “if there’s something to talk about tonight,” but noted that he would hold off until Wednesday if not.

Speaking to reporters in Wilmington, Delaware, Biden noted that there was “so much in play right now,” given the combination of in-person and mail-in votes that will decide the 2020 race.

“We’ll see,” he said. “If there’s something to talk about tonight, I’ll talk about it. If not, I’ll wait ‘til the votes are counted the next day.”

Biden on Tuesday also made stops in Scranton and Philadelphia as part of a last-day effort to pick up support in Pennsylvania.
