Check your freezers -- some popular "Broccoli Tots" may contain small rocks and metal fragments.
Conagra Brands, Inc. has issued a voluntary recall of some of its Birds Eye Broccoli Tots after some consumers reported finding rocks and metal in the product.
The Broccoli Tots issued in 12-oz. packages with the following best-by dates and batch/lot codes are being removed from store shelves and should be thrown out by consumers:
Batch/lot codes: 4715105620, 4715104220, 4715113720, 4715113020.
Best by date: AUG-19-2022 and AUG-25- 2022, AUG-11-2022 and AUG-12- 2022, NOV-17-2022, NOV-10-2022.
The company has received two reports of dental damage due to the tainted product. Anyone concerned about an injury or illness should contact a healthcare provider.
