Disneyland regulars have been awaiting the return of some form of annual passes and Fast Passes since the park's reopening this past spring, but as we wait for news on their return Disneyland Paris has started offering something called Premier Access, which allows you to purchase entry to Fast Pass queues, per ride.

Prices per ride will depend on how busy the park is on a given day. If implemented at Disneyland, that would mean you'd likely be spending $9-$18 per ride for that ability to skip the line.

“This optional digital service allows guests to enjoy the ability to skip the regular queue line for some of our most beloved attractions," the park said. Disney's California Adventure has notably already started offering a pricey upgrade to the Spider-Man attraction that opened as part of Avengers Campus in June.

Fast Passes had been free since being introduced in 1999.
