Goodbye to old Disney greetings.

In an attempt to be more inclusive, Disney Parks has removed the mention of “ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls,” from their automated greeting announcements during all day and nighttime events.

As Good Morning America reports, it’s just one way the company has been attempting to be more mindful of all its guests that come through its gates.

According to the New York Post, guests will now be greeted with the message, “Good evening, dreamers of all ages!”

The changes in verbiage have been rolling out for a bit, and will continue across Disney Parks around the world.

Josh D’Amaro, Chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, recently said in a press statement, “We want our guests to see their own backgrounds and traditions reflected in the stories, experiences, and products they encounter in their interactions with Disney.”

“Inclusion,” he continued, “is essential to our culture and leads us forward as we continue to realize our rich legacy of engaging storytelling, exceptional service, and Disney magic.”

If you want to send a deserving friend to Disney World to check out the changes and have all that Disney fun, the company recently announced a similarly thoughtful contest where people can nominate someone to win a free trip in honor of the park's upcoming 50th anniversary.
