Matthew Schotanus had more than just his graduation to be nervous about the day he officially became a firefighter.
The Martin County Fire Rescue posted a video on Facebook of Schotanus' girlfriend pinning the brand new fireman's badge on his uniform. Just as she finishes, she exclaims, "Oh, my god" as her boyfriend gets down on one knee and pops the questions.
Happily, she said yes.
Now the couple has a graduation and an engagement to celebrate.
