Jimmy Buffett showed that Hurricane Florence wasn't going to stop his love of surfing.
The 71-year-old shared a photo with his surfboard and the caption "I ain't afraid of dying, I got no need to explain, I feel like going surfing in a hurricane", a line from his song, "Surfing in a Hurricane."
He added, "On a serious note - respect mother nature, please be safe and listen to your local authorities."
The legendary musician has a love for the ocean and frequently shares photos from a boat, paddle boarding and enjoying the water.
Hurricane Florence will hit the Carolinas and is expected to cause historic damage.
