17 years ago, Wesley Ryan decided to sell his beloved 1993 Ford Mustang to help pay for his wife's medical bills.
His kids never forgot about their dads caring actions and decided to repay the favor when they came across that same car on craigslist.
When Wesley realized his kids had surprised him with the special vehicle, he was instantly brought to tears.
