McDonald’s is rolling out a new Under $3 Menu at participating restaurants across the United States beginning Tuesday, April 21, giving customers more affordable options throughout the day.
The fast-food giant announced the expanded McValue menu on Thursday, April 2, saying it will feature at least 10 items priced under $3 each, available from breakfast through dinner. The move builds on the 2025 debut of the McValue platform and responds to customer demand for greater choice and flexibility at predictable low prices.
Breakfast items under $3 include the Sausage McMuffin, Sausage Biscuit, Sausage Burrito, Hash Browns and a medium McCafé Premium Roast Coffee. For lunch and dinner, the lineup offers the McChicken, McDouble, 4-piece Chicken McNuggets, small Fries and a medium soft drink.
Select items will be spotlighted at even lower prices for limited times, starting with the Sausage McMuffin at $1.50 and the McDouble at $2.50.
The Under $3 Menu is part of a broader refresh that also includes a new $4 Breakfast Meal Deal — customers can choose a Sausage McMuffin or Sausage Biscuit with Hash Browns and a small McCafé coffee. Existing lunch and dinner meal deals priced between $5 and $6 will remain available.
McDonald’s described the changes as creating “a new era of value,” aimed at helping budget-conscious diners mix and match favorites without breaking the bank. The offerings will be available every day at participating locations nationwide, though prices and exact availability can vary slightly by market.
