Oreo releasing gluten-free cookies in early 2021

Oreo cookies are known for releasing new and unique flavors of their signature cookie, but their latest product will make many gluten-free fans jump for joy.

Those who live a gluten-free lifestyle often find their choices limited, especially when it comes to snacks and baked treats.

But Oreo is aiming to change that in the new year.

The cookie brand announced that their Gluten Free Oreos will be available starting in January 2021.

And that’s not all that will have you running to your nearest grocery store.

A spokesperson revealed that Oreo Double Stuf Gluten-Free will also be released at the same time.

“At Oreo, we take pride in regularly adding new choices and varieties based on what we’re hearing from our fans,” the brand said in a statement.

“Oreo is always looking to welcome more people to experience the playfulness of Oreo cookies. We have been planning the launch of our Gluten-Free  cookies for some time and are excited to give more fans the opportunity to experience the playfulness of Oreo cookies beginning in January 2021,” the brand added.

These two gluten-free versions of the classics will be permanent additions to the Oreo portfolio and available wherever cookies are sold at a similar price point.

The brand also perfected the formula so that they are guaranteed to be made with real cocoa.

In early November, Oreo announced a festive new look for their cookies – a red creme filling for the holidays!

While the red color makes the cookie-eating experience joyous enough, be sure to look out for themed branding on the holiday treats.

The cookies are available now for under $4.
