NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Vice president Mike Pence and second lady Karen Pence received a COVID-19 vaccine Friday morning at the White House, along with Surgeon General Jerome Adams.
The vaccinations took place at 8 a.m.
The vice president's office said Thursday that the Pences would "publicly receive a COVID-19 vaccine to promote the safety and efficacy of the vaccine and build confidence among the American people."
